Sequence alignment package for LaTeX?

	I use alscript and then import postscript output.

	If I remember well, you should use alscript standard
output (not the ps file) to define the bounding box to be able
to include the graphics properly (like you probably do with
XFig).

	I didn't do it for a year because lot of editors
are asking for Mac or PC files.
