I'd like to annouse the availability of a new web-based package for
protein mass spectrometry. The complete documentation and request
procedure are available from:

under the section on "MS Lab". The features of the program includes all
bell-n-wistle found in other software packages. In addtion, heterogenous
modified protein can be modelled and searched. Disulfide mapping by mass
spectrometry is supported.
