You know how it is. You just get something up and running and they go and
change the file format. We just got shifted to GCG9 and the blast outut
file format changed.
MacBOB has therefore been updated to accomodate this. Unfortunately, I have
not had the time to look at the changes in the FASTA file, so you'll have
to make do for now with this (I figured I better let you have the blast
functionality since I don't know if I'll get time to do the FASTA stuff
before Christmas)
