I have been looking for software which will do sequence analysis.
Our lab has used micro-genie which is an ancient program which
works well, the problem is that it is not windows based and the
company which developed it I believe was bought out.
We have used Gene runner and DNA man but neither does the
merging of two sequences as nicely as micro-genie.
Does anyone know of software that is windows based and is
comparable to micro-genie? Has anyone else run into this
problem?
