***HELP*** Vector NTI, Gene constr. kit or something else ??

Hi Folks,

I have a question: I'm currently looking for a good (the best, even..)
program for constructing vectors, plasmids and other molecular (biol.)
work. I have worked with GKC for a while, but that's mac only (we do have
them, but something for a PC would be nice too) and maybe there are some
better programms available. I recently tested a demo of Vector NTI and
like it... Still I want to know what other people think of these packages
and maybe other programs of this kind I don't know yet.

Any response ???
