This leadership role is accountable for the management of an engineering
group in the development and execution of a global product roadmap. Individual
will have responsibility for managing product development initiatives
for improved time to market, design quality, and a consistent product
development process. Will manage design, advanced technology, continuation
engineering; and manage the performance and development for apporoximately
40 professionals.
Masters degree in Engineering Sciences area or BS in Engineering Sciences
and MBA preferred. 10+ years of engineering management. Medical equipment/
instrumentation industry background and understanding of GMP/ISO standards
processes. Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary technical environment
with proven success in product design and timely introduction to market.
Ability to lead team to high performance and comitment is critical. Proven
success in process and cost improvements.
