I am looking for a piece of software that will look at a sequence with a
polymorphism and tell me whether or not a RFLP is introduced. For
example:
I would like to imput:
>My-test-sequence
tcctccag(ct)accaaagtggcccc
and have it tell me that:
a MslI site exists in the 'c' version
a BsrI site exists in the 't' version
etc.
A unix program/script using STDIN and STDOUT would be most preferable.
