This query was posed by one of the researchers in the department - is
there a Macintosh application which can search a DNA sequence of approx.
1.5 kb for inverted and direct repeats? Alternatively, does anyone know of
a interactive site which allows sequence submissions for DR/IR searches?
Any leads are, as always, greatly appreciated.
