There is a hypercard application called 'Brain Browser' from Academic
Press that has a reasonably well developed tutorial section for
neuroanatomy based on the Paxinos and Watson rat brain atlas. My copy of
the program is a bit dated (1990) but the last time I looked, rat brains
hadn't changed all that much.
