Hi!
Is anyone aware of a small program for WIN95/NT that would do a contig
assembly from sequence data? We are currently using GCG but that
particular part sucks and my search of the net failed to find something.
Basically what I need is a program that will take my seqs, find heads
and tails (in direct or opposite orientation) and do the
overalapping/assembly.
Could someone help?
