What errors did you get?  Is your machine dual-bootable with Windows
95 or DOS/Windows 3.1?  If so, try installing it under another
operating system and then running it from Windows NT.

Russell Malmberg maintains a list of molecular biology software for
NT on the DEC Alpha at:

http://dogwood.botany.uga.edu/malmberg/software.html

If this software is available for NT for the Alpha, I'm sure you can
get it for the Intel processor as well (or at least get the sources
and compile them yourself, if you have a suitable compiler)
