"Implementation of BLAST on HP machines with HP 10.10 or HP10.20 OS

Dear All,

I will request help in terms of changes in make files and other
changes needed when Blast is implemented on a HP machine with
operating system version HP 10.10 or HP 10.20. The standard Makefile
retrived from NCBI does not install well on our HP machines. 

Any help will be highly appreciated. Please send information at
