I found this in the release notes for the current EMBL release:

> We are considering discontinuing the distribution of the index files
> CITATION.NDX,KEYWORD.NDX and SPECIES.NDX from release 49.
> ACNUMBER.NDX and SHORTDIR.NDX will remain.
I've protested to

that more time is needed - is this the case for anyone else?
