There is Trev, which I think is part of the Staden package. It's available
free, separately from the rest of the package. I've used it to look at ABI
files, plus it does other formats. It's a bit limited (no printing, no
reverse complement etc) but it's the only one I know of.

I don't have the URL any more, but the Staden site should be easy to locate.
