Try this site, ftp://iubio.bio.indiana.edu/molbio/ibmpc/esee3zip.exe, this is a very simple manual alignment program for dos..... haven't tried printing from it as I have been using Clustalw and GeneDoc... windows-based, sorry.. why are you still in the dark ages? just curious. harold
