Take a look at ClustalX - a GUI version of ClustalW 1.61. The
most recent version of ClustalX (1.4b) is available from:
ftp://ftp-igbmc.u-strasbg.fr/pub/ClustalX
You will find Mac68K and MacPPC binaries in that directory, along
with source code.
If you have access to any unix platform, I urge you to consider
using DIALIGN. This is available from:
ftp://ariane.gsf.de/pub/unix/dialign
Binaries for SunOS 5.x, Convex, Digital Unix, IRIX, HPUX and Linux
are available.
