I know of 2 or three DOS programs that analyse an AA sequence
using the Chou and Frasman algorythms.
You can find 1 or two at ftp.bio.indiana.edu in the
pub/molbio... subdirs, ibmpc, "seqaid.uue", "sqaid381.zip"
and maybe prograph. see also
