I interested in using a software package to obtain information
concerning the degree of mismatch tolerated by a given pair of primers
under specified conditions of temperature, ionic concentration and
such-like. Ideally, the output would provide a list of sequences that
the primers would be capable of annealing to. Any information would be
very gratefully received.
