Dear collegues,
I will have to clone single chain Fv antibody fragments, and it is more
difficult than I thought it would be. Reading many publications is more
than confusing, any of them shows up with different primers, some are
degenerate, others are not, however, it always seems to work. Which primers
am I to take finally?
Is there anywhere a www page with sequence alignements or primer sequences
or something that might help me?
