hi,

i do facscan analysis of nile red-stained cells, looking for lipid
accumulation, saving data in the b-d format. i've been using lysis 2.0 and
multitime to analyze the data. the problem is that because i am comparing
lipid accumulation in different cell types, i need to have different
settings to adjust for autofluorescence, the deviations in which are much
more substantial as compared to if i was only working with one cell type.
so, what i am looking for, is software that will allow me to manipulate
the b-d data after it has been saved. neither lysis 2.0, nor multitime,
allow the used to do this. is there any such software out there?
much thanks, as any information is appreciated.
