Hello,

1) Does anyone use "PGPERL/PGPLOT" for data visualization in the context of
sequence analysis (DNA,RNA,Proteins,Alignments,Phlogenetic Trees, etc) ?
Please get in contact w/ me if you do, for sharing experiences, code, etc.
("PGPERL" is a free Perl module for graphics, histograms, etc,)

2) Also, if you're interested to be a beta-tester for Perl modules
for sequence analysis, including graphics and WWW/CGI support
via PGPERL and CGI.pm, please drop me a note. The Bio::Seq and Bio::Aln
modules are rapidly approaching a first release.

Thanks !
