Behavioral data analysis software - help

Hello,

I'm looking for some kind of software that would allow
me to analyse ethograms.

I work with shorebirds, and I record the pecking rate and
pace rate using an DOS program that makes it very difficult to
import the data to spreadsheets.

Is there some program for windows that could record the time
between two events and the number of events?
