Is there an easy way to go from genbank entries to simple intron/exon
map figures? The figures I mean are simple lines representing the
kB spanned by the gene with scaled boxes representing the exons.
I want to make several of these figures and am loathe to have to
use a ruler and do it by hand. Is there a computer program designed
to do this?
Any input you can give would be greatly appreciated.
