DOCK3.5:using mol2 files

Hello..

I was wondering if anyone knew how to convert pdb files to Sybyl Mol2 
format without using Sybyl so that DOCK3.5 could use it. The pdb2syb 
accessory in DOCK doesn't seem to work without Sybyl software and I tried 
to use Babel to do the conversion but I got an "end of file" error when 
it tried to read the file. If anyone has done this before (or knows how), 
could you please tell me?
