In our company we made the decision to buy a "2D-software". The program
should be able to recognize the spotimage of different gels, the changes
within the gels (more than five or six), to quantify the spots and we also
want to establish a database.
Until now we saw the programs from Bioimage, PDI, Scanalytics and SLG. Who
has practice with these programs and what are your experience?
I would be glad to hear something ;-)
