Alternatively, you can try ClustalW compiled for the Mac (either
standalone or integrated into Don Gilbert's Seqpup), followed by the
shareware (barely - $10) Seqvu which assists in manipulating, tuning, and
coloring such alignments - see:
gimr.garvan.unsw.edu.au in the /pub directory.
