What is the best freeware multiple alignment progam for the Mac? I've
tried the demo version of Genejockey II, but the alignments are very
poor. I also recently obtained a version of ClustalW, but haven't gotten
it to work yet (subject of my next message). How good are ClustalW's
alignments? Are there better programs, both from the perspective of
creating nice alignments, and from the perspective of having a good
interface?
Freeware/inexpensive sharware programs are a plus.
