Enzyme Kinetic Software for Macs

I am looking for a good enzyme kinetic software package for the 
calculation of Kms, Vmax, Kis etc suitable for a 030, 040 based Mac.

I don't mind paying up to £100 providing the program is good.

Does anyone out there no of such a program.
