Announce: ABI viewing for Windows

I have written a small utility to display ABI trace data in
Windows. ABI is the format used by PRISM automatic DNA sequencers.

I was inspired to write this program when I discovered that all of the
ABI editing software out there is for macintosh only. ABIView is not
an editor, but it has some useful clipboard functions that can
simplify the editing of individual traces.

This is a preliminary release. I'm planning some more improvements,
but it's good enough now to be useful, I think. For more information,
or to download a copy, please see
