ALIGNMENT ASSESMENT

       Hi everybody,


       Any of you know of an available method to assess the quality
    of a multiple alignment ?.
       I am looking for a tool that may help me decide between 
    several posible solutions after I hand-modify a multiple 
    sequence alignment.
