You could try p2c. The source code is available from csvax.cs.caltech.edu
in the file pub/p2c-1.20.tar.Z - I have used this quite successfully
to translate some old Pascal programs to C. It is a very flexible package
in that it supports a variety of Pascal dialects (including Borland) and
can output either K&R or ANSI C. However, it was written some time ago,
and there might be some new Borland Pascal features recently added that
it cannot handle.
