A Windows based program that computes PIC and heterozygosity values for DNA
markers is available for download from the SimTel repository at
http://www.acs.oakland.edu in the directory /MS-Windows/Biology. The program
contains full context sensitive help, a simple user-friendly interface and an
uninstaller.
