I would suggest that you try to buy some second hand building automation system equipment.
Companies like Honeywell, Seibe Environmental controls, Johnson Controls or the like.
They regularly update this stuff in major buildings and it does more than what you what as ell
as being fully programmable. It is usually fairly cheap as well.
