You could do a BLAST search (blastn) vs the 'nr' (non-redundant)
nucleotide database at NCBI.
The URL is:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
There you will see a "BLAST" button which will take you to that page.
You will also find lots of documentation there as well.
