I was wondering if there is any software out there that will generate circular plasmid genetic maps including restriction sites, open reading frames, etc ? I am planning on designing a few construcs and this type of software would be good for publications and just to visualize different plasmids. Jason - jjgo at gnv.ifas.ufl.edu
