DNA cis-element compilation

I am looking for a compilation of DNA cis-regulatory elements which have
been identified.  I would like a database which is already compatible
with Prosite/MacPattern.  I know that I have seen postings on such a
compilation over the net, but have only recently been at the point of
using such a database.  Is there a compilation out there and could
someone please direct me to it?  Please e-mail any responses
(kaj at bioc.rice.edu).
