For the gel of SDS-PAGE and the film of autoradiography,
I would like to know about what percentage of the target exists in the
lane. Instead of laser-densitometry, I would like to use
photo-densitometry.If software of densitometry is available, the analysis
seems possible
in PC with a scanner.
I would appreciate where that software is.
