This utility provides PCR chemists a quick and easy way to determine
melting points, deltaG and other misc. information about PCR probes.
The user can set calculation parameters to describe their solutions
and recalculate to determine their probe's information with increased
accuracy. PA 1.0 will calculate melting points in two different ways,
the nearest neighbor method as well as a rough estimation method.
