Hello everyone:
We have run proteins on 2D-PAGE from rat preimplantation embryos and are
in the process of trying to identify those proteins. I was wondering if
we have to do amino acid sequencing in order to identify what we have!!
I don't think wew have enough material to seqeunce. Does anyone out
there know how we can identify our spots on some software program??
