The TRANSFAC-Team has made available the new database release 3.0 on the WWW
(http://transfac.gbf-braunschweig.de). The new version includes much more
entries, new direct links to related databases like TRRD (Transscription
Regulatory Region Database from ICG, Novosibirsk), COMPEL (ICG and GBF) and
a WEB interface for the new MatInspector version 1.1 (GSF, Munich; also
available at http://www.gsf.de).
Btw, the WEB connection to GBF becomes much faster now !
