I know this must have appeared here before, but I need to find a good program
to prepare publication quality sequence output. We have the sequence in GCG,
also in ASCII, and are looking for a Windows-based program that will allow us
to include the translated sequence, as well as proteolytic processing sites
and to box particular regions of the translated sequence. Thanks very much.
