Does anyone have/know of a program that you feed a big target sequence and a small probe sequence, and the
machine spits out a list of the likely hybrids, in order of Tm? I think the "Primer" software does this, but
I'm not sure.
ON a similar note, does anyone know where to find "Primer"?
