secondary structure prediction algorithms

Would someone have source for the GOR III algorithm (Gibrat et al., J. Mol.
      Biol. 1987, 198, 425) or the Combine algorithm (Biou et al. Prot. Eng.
      1988, 2, 185) ? Unfortunately, Dr. Garnier is on vacation through
      the first week of May .. sigh...

Also, does anyone have any experience with the ANTHEPROT suite of programs
      from Deleage and Geourjon? I can compile it, but it crashes
      immediately, spitting out error messages that it has "No valuator" and
      "No LPFK".
