I have found that the archive of BOXSHADE v3.2 in the VAX directory of
the EBI archive is corrupt. I have posted off a new archive, but it would
be worth your while waiting a few days before downloading.
*Many* apologies to anyone who has already downloaded the package, I
still don't know how it came about.
