The secondly developed applet of the JaMBW set
(http://www.embl-heidelberg.de/~toldo/JaMBW.html) is available from
the url:
http://www.embl-heidelberg.de/~toldo/Shuffle.html
which allows to Shuffle (e.g. randomize the order of the elements
keeping the same composition) nucleic acid and aminoacids sequences.
It is a companion of the Reverse applet available from the url:
http://www.embl-heidelberg.de/~toldo/Reverse.html
which allows to Revert, Complement, Revert and Complement
a Nucleic Acid Sequence.
Inspired by the GCG Wisconsin package.
Rather than for its trivial application, is another proof-
of-concept by which a Java Biocomputing Workbench
could be envisaged.
