Hello,
I'd like to know any information that makes me available to know what
cis-acting elements a promoter region sequence has. I tried the BLAST
search but, as you know, this is rather for searching similar genes and
not good for finding "protein binding site sequence", which usually
consist of a short strech of sequence.
Any suggestion would be most welcome. Thank you in advance!
