Hi!
Recently I have been confronted with some vectorology (subcloning of a subclone
in a subclone etc...:) and something occured to me. There are databases of
restriction enzymes, databases of vectors etc. What I found missing would be a
database that I could quesry in the following way:
which vector has in its MSC the following sites IN FOLLOWING ORDER-
Not1-EcoRI-Pst1-HindIII.
Is anything like that out there? A software? A site?
