Just one little suggestion -- I have found it very useful
when program output or database entries include an
end-of-record delimiter (such as the line with only //
in many of the biodatabase flat file formats).
This way, a parser can know when to stop -- which means you
can embed data in a mail message and still be able to parse
it. It also tends to improve human readability.
