NAOMI - NMR Module Announcement

(Please note, NAOMI is provided at zero charge for academic use)

An upgrade to the NMR structure refinement module of NAOMI is available now.
New features include:

       o Hydrogen bond ensemble analysis for multi-chain proteins 
         (including both homo and hetero multimers) 

       o New "pack structures" command to create multiple model pdb 
         files.  Includes user selection of residues (e.g. to ommit 
         disordered terminii).

Existing users of the NMR module should upgrade to Version 2.30a of the 
program (all current license keys should work).

Existing NAOMI users without license keys for the NMR module should 
upgrade to Version 2.30a and request FEATURE 5 license keys.
