Think you may be hard pressed to find a public site where this
copyrighted program is gonna reside; there are free ansi C compilers for
DOS knocking around at different sites. Somewhat surprised that your
college gives assigments that require Borland Turbo C but don't supply
access to the software and a machine to use it on, on site.
